Tax Manager (Hybrid)

Description Aldrich CPAs and Advisors is looking for a Tax Manager to join our Lake Oswego office. This role will support clients in our construction practice, though prior construction tax experience is not required. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants meaningful client relationships, partner support, and the ability to grow within a niche practice. As a Tax Manager at Aldrich, you will work closely with clients, partners, and team members to deliver tax compliance, tax planning, consulting, and relationship management services. Experience serving closely held businesses, S corporations, partnerships, manufacturing, real estate, or other complex tax clients may translate well. The ideal candidate is local to the Lake Oswego/Portland metro area and able to maintain visibility with clients and team members in the Lake Oswego and Salem markets through Aldrich’s hybrid work model. The current estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $195,000 . You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational goals.
