Registered Nurse - Nights

This is a 13-week contract position.

6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, every other weekend and holiday.

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) with a current Wisconsin license and CPR/BLS certification to join our team. Our RNs will be required to provide quality care by utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members while ensuring compliance with state laws and hospital policies.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process in the care of patients.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to approved nursing techniques and standards.
• Document patient care according to standards of care.
• Develop and execute patient plans of care based on individual needs.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and shared governance.
• Provide clinical expertise and support to other units when necessary.
• Utilize critical thinking to ensure patient safety and escalate concerns appropriately.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current Wisconsin RN license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Flu vaccination required.
• Education verification may be required.
