Program Specialist

Talascend is currently seeking a Program Specialist for a contract opportunity with our client in Warren, Michigan. Overview This role involves managing requisition intake, aligning program objectives, and supporting key projects within the business group. The program specialist will coordinate daily activities, ensure compliance, and facilitate effective communication across teams. Responsibilities Manage requisition intake and documentation processes Ensure alignment with project and business goals Coordinate daily schedules, task breakdowns, and team interactions Support assignment durations and travel requirements Assist with onboarding, asset provisioning, and compliance requirements Participate in candidate review and selection process, including video interviews Schedule and coordinate supplier and manager calls as needed Maintain accurate records of assignment details, costs, and timelines Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or certifications relevant to program management Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination or related roles Experience with project management tools and technology platforms Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a manufacturing or automotive environment Familiarity with SAP or related enterprise resource planning systems Previous experience with compliance and export regulations We thank all applicants for their interest.
