Nurse Supervisor

Join as a Nurse Supervisor and lead compassionate patient care in a supportive environment. Responsibilities Include Developing and implementing personalized care programs, policies, and procedures. Serving as a liaison between administration, management, and staff. Supervising nursing care, treatment, and services during shifts or on designated units. Monitoring staff performance, providing feedback, evaluations, and discipline. Assuming patient care as needed, building meaningful relationships to support recovery, and celebrating patient successes. Qualifications Current RN licensure as per state regulations. BLS certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within specified timeframes. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred. At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience. Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or lead, with responsibilities for staff and patient outcomes.
