Are you a native-level Portuguese speaker (C2) with strong English skills (B2C2) and looking to grow your career with a well-established global digital services company? This is a full-time customer support role serving international users in Portuguese and English.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve account, service, and general support queries
Deliver a professional and empathetic customer experience
Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards

Requirements

Portuguese proficiency C2 (spoken & written)
English proficiency B2C2
Customer service experience advantageous
Willingness to relocate to Athens if required

Whats on Offer

Salary: EUR 10451100 gross per month - paid x14 (instead of the typical x12 per calendar year)
