Service Technician Supervisor

We are looking for a technician supervisor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our team. You'll be responsible for assigning duties, configuring work schedules, and traveling to job sites to review ongoing and completed projects. You’ll also take initiative on mentoring and training programs for your team of technicians. The ideal candidate has years of work experience and understands how to motivate and lead their team. Compensation:$80,000+ yearly
Responsibilities:- Supervise the projects your team of technicians is working on
- Inspect the company’s tools, equipment, and vehicles
- Arrange technician training programs, mentorship, and guidance
- Implement workplace policies and standards
- Liaise with technicians, customers, and senior management
- Proven interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- 1-3 years of experience as a technician in related field required
- 1+ years of experience as a technician supervisor
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
