Budget is 85-95K for at least 25 billable weekly hours and we also provide employee health insurance and 401k match.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This role offers a blend of school-based consultation and remote telehealth services, providing flexibility while maintaining meaningful, in-person collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead BCBA for a partner school, dedicating approximately 75% of your time to supporting staff and students.

• Attend in-person school meetings or classroom observations 1–2 times per month (or as needed) within an hour of northwest Atlanta. Otherwise, Remote
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and paraprofessionals, both on-site and via telehealth.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure treatment integrity and alignment with educational goals.
• Review and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Deliver telehealth ABA services to additional clients outside the school partnership.
• Ensure compliance with BACB, HIPAA, and payer documentation standards.
• Maintain clear, timely session notes, progress reports, and treatment updates.
• Participate in QA reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of clinical quality and outcomes.
