Must have the ability to exercise independent judgment in crisis situations. Your responsibilities may includes: Training and support Enhancing child engagement in daily activities Identifying and incorporating developmental strategies in daily routines Providing functional independence and social interaction Collaborating: Discuss issues important to the family and provide all information and resources they will need to reach goals and milestones. Assessment: Discuss issues important to the family and provide all information and resources they will need to reach goals and milestones. Individualized Planning: Address the IFSP (Individual Family Support Plan) outcomes by building upon the family's strengths and guide them to maximizing learning opportunities for their child within the context of their daily routines. Provides individual developmental therapy sessions Participates an collaborates in IFSP meetings Administrative: Complete all documentation as required by SRVS, Funder, licensing/accreditation entities.
