Construction Superintendent

This role is responsible for managing all on-site construction activities while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: Oversee daily field operations from site work through project completion Coordinate subcontractors, field crews, and project teams Manage schedules, budgets, and project costs Lead jobsite safety meetings and maintain OSHA compliance Prepare daily reports, RFIs, quality documentation, and project records Monitor project quality and manage punch lists and closeout Maintain strong communication with project managers, owners, and subcontractors Qualifications: 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor Ground-up commercial construction experience preferred Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills Experience managing schedules, budgets, safety, RFIs, and project documentation Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Procore experience is a plus Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities Ideal Candidate: A hands-on construction leader with a stable work history, strong integrity, and the ability to build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams. Experience across multiple commercial project types is highly valued.
