- No more than one accident (last 3 years)
- No more than 3 job changes per year
- No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
- Medical card
- Minimum 6 months of flatbed experience

- Coordinate with dispatch to optimize schedules
- Maintain on-time performance and communicate proactively
