Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• BLS, ACLS, TNCC certifications required
• Minimum five years of technical experience preferred
• Supervisory experience or demonstrated supervisory skills required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee nursing staff on the unit.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in a trauma level unit.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding health management.
