You'll oversee up to 45 employees, build a culture of excellence, and develop strategies that ensure operational success.Compensation: Earn $61,500 annually, plus eligibility for a monthly performance bonus.Schedule: Monday–Friday with start times typically between 4:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
