Nurse Manager of Endoscopy GI Lab

Job Summary Endoscopy GI Lab Nurse Manager oversees operations within an endoscopy laboratory, leading a multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑standard, patient‑centered gastrointestinal care. Key Responsibilities Manage staffing and scheduling for endoscopy nurses, techs, physicians, anesthesia professionals, and allied health staff. Ensure accreditation readiness and compliance with regulatory standards. Steward department budgets, supply chains, and resource allocation. Elevate infection prevention and sedation protocols. Mentor and develop a diverse team, fostering shared governance and evidence‑based practice. Collaborate with Gastroenterology Medical Director and Director of Perioperative and Procedural Services to drive operational excellence across pre‑, intra‑, and post‑procedural care.
