Family Medicine Opportunity in Forest City, Iowa
Join MercyOne Forest City Family Medicine, a busy practice with instant volume- replacement for a retiring provider! You will be joining a team of five APP's in a traditional outpatient family or internal medicine setting. Call is 1: 5-6 weeks. The practice offers lab, X-Ray, EKG, behavioral services, and family counseling on site. There are tenured RN's and experienced office staff. The practice is located 30 miles from MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center- Mason City, a 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital- named Top 100 Hospital nationally. Specialist outreach- including Ortho and Podiatry is available. Telemedicine and teleradiology are also available.

Compensation and Benefits
- $ 150,000 bonus package!
- $300,908 2-year guaranteed base salary
- Up to $15,000 in moving allowance
- Full benefits package, including paid malpractice and tail coverage; benefits start day 1 of employment!
- Regional health system covering 15 counties, includes MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center, eight critical access hospitals, and 42 clinics in northern Iowa and southern Minnesota
- Network service area - approximately 260,000

Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school is required. Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program; board certified or board eligible. Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges. Above average communication skills. Ability to work with a team. Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license; Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
