Occupational Therapist (OT)

Overview Belen Meadows and Powerback Rehab are hiring a full‑time Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide high‑quality care and support patients in regaining independence. The position offers a bonus of up to \$10,000 and a competitive hourly rate of \$40.00—\$55.00. Candidates are encouraged to ask about increased pay in lieu of benefits. Responsibilities Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans. Deliver occupational therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients’ physical abilities and independence. Educate patients and caregivers on skills that promote independence and productivity. Collaborate with peers, refer to other providers when needed, and support a patient‑centered care environment. Report to the Director of Rehab. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards. Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license in the state of practice.
