What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care within a Level III NICU setting
• Support high-acuity newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
• Manage patient care for newborns in a 10-bed NICU and support coverage in a busy 20-bed newborn nursery
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary hospital teams
• Conduct comprehensive neonatal assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Support continuum of care from admission to discharge for newborns
• Participate in structured shift schedules, including longer shifts as needed
• Contribute to delivering high-quality, patient-centered neonatal care in a newly renovated hospital environment

What You Need

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
• Neonatal NP certification preferred
• At least 2 years of NICU or neonatal care experience
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
