This role is a cornerstone of our growth strategy, tasked with accelerating revenue through both elite-level new logo acquisition and the strategic expansion of our global enterprise footprint.As a subject matter expert in R2R and Financial Close automation, you will serve as a bridge between technical innovation and executive vision. We are looking for high-velocity professionals who embody our core pillars-Hungry, Humble, and High IQ-and possess a relentless "boots-on-the-ground" mentality, traveling 50%+ to command the room with prospects, clients, and internal leadership.Expansion & Acquisition FocusDigital Transformation Advisor | Account Management (Expansion): Strategically identify "white space," engineer high-value upsells, and embed our R2R solutions into the heart of our existing customers' multi-year ERP transformation roadmaps. Key skills include navigating complex internal politics, long-term strategic account orchestration, and master-level relationship farming.Digital Transformation Advisor | Enterprise (Net New): Penetrate untapped markets, build executive trust from the ground up, and position our enterprise platform as the undisputed premier solution for the Office of the CFO. Key skills include high-velocity prospecting, aggressive competitive positioning, and the tactical precision to close complex enterprise deals.Core ResponsibilitiesStrategic Influence: Extracting critical intelligence from champions to shift executive stakeholders from "education" to "active buy mode."In-Person Bias: Leading from the front with a 50%+ travel commitment to conduct on-site discovery and high-impact ROI assessments.Operational Rigor: Managing a high-stakes portfolio of 20+ accounts with extreme organizational precision, ensuring every sales cycle moves with relentless velocity.Domain Leadership: Acting as the definitive SME on Record-to-Report, Financial Close, Account Reconciliation, and Financial Consolidation to provide the "Strategic Why" that resonates with the CFO's office.Solution Alignment & Value Engineering: Analyzing complex client workflows and technology landscapes (SAP, Oracle Cloud, NetSuite, Workday) to identify pain points and define a clear future-state vision driven by measurable ROI and success criteria.Requirements & Experience QualificationsMandatory Domain Expertise: Proven subject matter expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, including Financial Close, General Ledger, Account Reconciliations, and Financial Consolidation Reporting (Sales, Pre-Sales, or Consulting background).Sales / Deal Execution: Proven track record of managing enterprise deal cycles or driving high-value SaaS/ERP solutions with Fortune 1000 clients.Financial & Systems Acumen: Strong understanding of corporate accounting concepts and hands-on familiarity with financial modules in major ERPs (SAP, Oracle Cloud, NetSuite, Workday, etc.).Consulting & Presentation Skills: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and solution design skills. Highly capable of presenting to and facilitating strategy sessions with senior CFO/Controller executive groups.Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel on-site (50%+) to facilitate discovery sessions, present business cases, and win enterprise business.Cultural Fit: Must demonstrate Hungry (pace/drive), Humble (radical coachability), and High IQ (strategic problem-solving) traits.
