Senior Product Manager II (On-site)

Lead product strategy and execution for Cooings’ care platform — shaping the tools that power doula matching, client consultations, and end-to-end service delivery. Cooings is a premium maternity care brand providing high-touch, evidence-based postpartum support to families across the United States. We are building a rigorous, scalable care platform grounded in operational excellence, training quality, and client trust. What You Will Be Doing Define and own the product roadmap for Cooings’ care platform, aligning with business goals and user needs Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to inform product direction Collaborate with leadership to prioritize initiatives and set quarterly OKRs Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership Work closely with engineering, design, and operations to ship features on time and at quality Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Analyze product metrics and iterate based on data and client feedback Stakeholder Communication Present product updates, trade-offs, and recommendations to executive stakeholders Serve as the voice of the user across the organization, advocating for client and doula experience Qualifications Required 5–10 years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare, marketplace, or service platforms Proven track record of shipping products from 0→1 and iterating at scale Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA is a plus Preferred Experience with consultation-led or high-touch service products Familiarity with maternity care, postpartum services, or health-tech Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus Unlimited Paid Time Off 9 Paid Holidays H1B Sponsorship (if applicable) Food and drinks provided in office Details Location On-site, Irvine CA Interested?
