Overview CEC Entertainment is a family‑focused restaurant and entertainment group that operates Chuck E. Cheese locations across the United States. The General Manager oversees all aspects of a restaurant, ensuring guests enjoy a safe, enjoyable experience while leading and motivating the team. Compensation Details Base Salary: $57,783.96 – $72,783.96 Annually Commission – Exempt: $0.50 – $10.00 per Membership sold, $0.15 – $3.00 per Fun Pass sold (paid bi‑weekly) Commission – Non‑Exempt: $2.00 – $8.00 per Membership sold, $0.60 – $2.40 per Fun Pass sold (paid bi‑weekly) Job Responsibilities Make daily decisions on time management, staffing, and support while upholding product quality, cleanliness, and company standards. Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and communicating team expectations. Coach, teach, and motivate staff to deliver high‑quality guest service and maintain safety. Exercise strong business judgment in cost control, financial accounting, inventory levels, and labor management. College degree preferred. Minimum of four (4) years of experience in the restaurant industry with full execution of quality shifts and sales/performance leadership, or proven track record as a CEC Manager or Senior Assistant Manager. Essential Job Functions and Work Environment Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0–50 pounds during scheduled shift. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shift. Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and team members. Work environment includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and exposure to non‑weather related wet, humid, extreme heat, and extreme cold conditions.
