Position Overview

• Permanent, full-time role
• 36 hours per week
• Day or Night shift

Shift Details

• 3 days per week: 12-hour shifts
  • 7:00a–7:30p
  • 7:00p–7:30a
• Rotating Weekends

Compensation & Incentives

Salary range:  

• $61,776 – $98,841 (based on experience)
• $33 – $52.80 hourly (based on experience)
• Comprehensive benefits package

Key Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care for medical-surgical and post-operative patients, ensuring safe and effective treatment delivery
• Develops, implements, and evaluates individualized care plans utilizing the nursing process and ANA standards
• Administers medications, monitors patient conditions, and utilizes clinical equipment and technology to support care
• Educates patients and families on health conditions and self-care needs while acting as a patient advocate  

Requirements

• New Jersey RN License
• BLS Certification (Required)
• CMSRN (Preferred)
• 3 years of experience
