School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Dallas, Texas

Key Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as required to practice in Texas schools Prior experience conducting student evaluations, reevaluations, and participating in IEP meetings Experience as a Case Manager or demonstrated organizational and collaborative skills Ability to supervise and mentor SLPAs, including both monolingual and bilingual professionals Primary Duties: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing specialized insight and recommendations Manage a caseload of students, ensuring compliance with all state and federal guidelines Serve as Case Manager, tracking student progress and maintaining necessary documentation Supervise and support two SLPAs (one monolingual, one bilingual), providing guidance and ensuring best practices Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to foster student success Imagine making an impact where your dedication shapes young lives every day.
