Every other weekend and holiday required. GTE will be 36 hours one week ($2200) and 48 the next week ($3000).
ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required at time of submittal Must live 75 miles from the facility and cannot have ever worked perm for KDMC or KLC Client REQUIRES COVID-19 VACCINE FOR ALL TRAVELERS— VACCINE CARD MUST BE INCLUDED WITH PROFILE; 75 mile radius rule; RN will be given a basic dysrhythmia test at orientation (30 question exam with questions and strips - study guides are available);About Trustaff
