Store Manager - Tucker

The position is salary plus sales bonuses for leading your team. In this role, you are responsible for driving sales for the team you lead. $42,000 annual salary + store sales bonus Duties of the Store Manager Effectively lead, coach, and inspire your sales team on a daily basis to achieve and surpass monthly goals Maintain a neat clean organized store environment at all times. Responsible for the overall productivity results in the store. Drive operational efficiency to help minimize risk and protect the store's assets. Deliver financial results based on key performance indicators. Help identify ways to manage and control store expenses. Be the brand! Represent the client and our company with the utmost standards and ethics. Maintain a successful business and implement practices beneficial to the growth and development of YOUR BUSINESS. Required Qualifications Computer skills and knowledge of common business applications, such as Outlook, Microsoft Office Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience in coaching and leading others in a sales environment Experience in handling customer escalations Ability to lead and coach to deliver financial results Proven results leading a commissioned sales team #J-18808-Ljbffr MCXXM Inc.
