The position is salary plus sales bonuses for leading your team. In this role, you are responsible for driving sales for the team you lead. $42,000 annual salary + store sales bonus Duties of the Store Manager Effectively lead, coach, and inspire your sales team on a daily basis to achieve and surpass monthly goals Maintain a neat clean organized store environment at all times. Responsible for the overall productivity results in the store. Drive operational efficiency to help minimize risk and protect the store's assets. Deliver financial results based on key performance indicators. Help identify ways to manage and control store expenses. Be the brand!
