Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Professional Nursing

Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week

Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 8 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:
- Current nursing license
- Experience providing nursing care across all age groups

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility and accountability for a group of patients during the designated shift.
- Prescribe nursing care based on the nursing process in alignment with the medical plan of care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care delivery.
- Incorporate teaching and discharge planning needs into the overall plan of care.
- Delegate certain aspects of patient care based on the clinical competence of nursing staff.
