In this role, you’ll be making effective outbound calls in huge numbers to potential sales customers to schedule appointments, answer questions, and ensure every caller receives an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls in volume to sales leads and successfully create appointments that show. Follow up with past customers and internet inquiries. Update customer information in our CRM system. Meet daily/weekly call and appointment goals. Provide exceptional service that reflects the dealership’s values. Confirm appointments and follow up on missed appointments. Qualifications And Requirements Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong phone etiquette and a positive attitude.
