Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of basic custodial procedures.
• Ability to exercise good judgment and promote a safe and secure learning environment.
• Must have the ability to read write and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of plant operation, maintenance, cleaning methods/procedures; heating and ventilation; proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. Citizenship or legal resident alien status.
• Exhibits a personality that demonstrates enthusiasm and interpersonal skills that relate well with students and staff
