Job Title: Warehouse Clerk
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Pay rate: $15-20/hr

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support the daily operations of our calibration lab. This role combines administrative support, data entry, and inventory management to ensure accuracy in laboratory and warehouse operations. Responsibilities include assisting managers and employees with daily office tasks while maintaining efficient administrative processes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily warehouse operations, including receiving, unpacking, and verifying materials and equipment.
• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy, proper labeling, and safe handling.
• Track, count, and organize inventory; maintain accurate records using internal systems.
• Assist drivers with load-outs and coordinate deliveries/pickups.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, carts, scales) safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.
• Support quality control by checking shipments and materials for accuracy or damage.
• Collaborate with lab staff to stage equipment, move materials, and support calibration workflow.

Requirements and Skills:

• At least 3 years recent experience (warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, inventory control, quality etc.)
• Able to lift 50 lbs, move materials safely, and operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, carts, scales etc.)
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to accuracy and problem-solving.
• Effective organizational skills and time management to handle multiple tasks.
• Basic computer and data entry skills for inventory tracking and shipping documentation.
• Clear verbal and written communication for teamwork and customer interactions.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize duties, and meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required.
