• Experience: 2+ years ER experience in a high-acuity setting preferred

What You'll Do:

• Provide emergency nursing care in a busy Level I Trauma Center
• Triage and assess incoming patients efficiently and accurately
• Interpret dysrhythmias and administer emergency medications
• Assist with procedural sedation, ventilated patients, trauma cases, and psych holds
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality patient care
• Document all care accurately using EPIC documentation system
• Participate in float coverage and weekend rotations as scheduled

What You Need:

• Ohio RN license and current certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI)
• Minimum of 2 years ER experience, preferably in a trauma or stroke-certified facility
• Ability to handle pediatric emergencies, trauma, and dysrhythmia interpretation
• Comfort with ventilated patients, emergency medications, and trauma care
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
