Territory Manager

Position Summary : Represent LX Hausys in District of Columbia, MD and VA. Implement strategic marketing and planning with my partners to grow HI-MACS, Viatera, and Tercanto sales and market share. Uphold the LX Hausys way. Responsibilities: Maintain a schedule for visiting key accounts, while keeping it flexible for unforeseen occurrences that must be handled immediately. Keep existing Viatera and HI-MACS accounts updated with current promotions, new products and discontinued products and add new accounts. Support fabricators with samples and literature. Keep eyes and ears on the competitive Quartz and Solid Surface manufacturers. (pricing, promos, inventory, etc.) Support manager by following up on commercial leads with fabricators, implement programs to help drive sales. Support fabricator warranty issues. Maintain and distribute my sample allotment on a monthly basis. Find new account possibilities and follow up on any lead big or small. Qualifications: Listed below are the minimum and/or desired qualifications of the position including education, work experience and knowledge & skills that are required to perform satisfactorily in the position: Education and Work Experience: Undergraduate degree in business, sales, or marketing is beneficial but not required Experience selling quartz and/or solid surface materials Knowledge of key customers within the territory is preferred Knowledge and Skills: Ability to work independently and maintain a level of organization Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) Energetic focus on sales and business development; MUST be a Hunter Ability to be creative and a problem solver Physical Demands: Position requires regular interaction with customers and clients. Position requires sitting and working on a computer for at least 1/3 of time. Position requires minimal lifting up to 70 lbs. Position requires regular and reliable attendance. Position requires travel up to 90% within the territory and rest in home office. Overnight travel is determined by Territory Manager.
