Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

JustinBradley's client, a global fintech leader, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong focus on product recruitment. Reporting directly to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition, this role plays a critical part in supporting the growth of a dynamic Services organization. As a strategic talent advisor, you will lead hiring efforts for senior‑level product roles across North America, helping to build high‑performing teams that drive product innovation. This is a full‑cycle, individual contributor role responsible for delivering best‑in‑class recruitment strategies and outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, from sourcing through offer closure, ensuring a seamless candidate experience Partner with local, regional, and global leaders to identify talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent across core and emerging business areas Build and maintain strong pipelines for critical and recurring roles while providing market intelligence Develop targeted recruiting strategies for product-focused teams using internal and external insights Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering guidance on hiring decisions and market trends Champion inclusive hiring practices throughout the recruitment lifecycle Stay current on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and product hiring best practices Qualifications Extensive experience recruiting for product roles, including Product Managers, Product Designers, and related positions across corporate and/or agency environments Proven ability to act as a strategic partner, with a strong understanding of the product lifecycle, market dynamics, and industry trends Results‑oriented with a strong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in fast‑paced, evolving environments Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Workday ATS is a plus JustinBradley is an EO employer – Veterans/Disabled and other protected employees. #J-18808-Ljbffr
