Doctor of Medicine | Family Practice Location: Portland, OR Employer: All Medical Personnel Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 2 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Primary Care Physician Location: Oregon Schedule: Ongoing per diem day shifts Openings: 1 Position Overview Provide primary care and urgent episodic care in an outpatient clinic setting. Focus includes wellness, prevention, chronic disease management, and acute episodic care. Occupational health and basic procedures may be required based on clinic needs. Charting system varies by site. Required Qualifications MD or DO. Board certified in Family Medicine as required by the clinic. Active Oregon medical license. DEA with Oregon address and required schedules. Ability to see pediatric patients as required by the clinic. Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify. Credentialing and Onboarding Credentialing timeline varies by site. Shadow training may be required prior to first shift.
