Barista at Just Love Coffee Cafe – Marathon Village!

Are you passionate about coffee, food, and creating memorable guest experiences? Just Love Coffee Cafe, located in the heart of Marathon Village near North Nashville, is looking for enthusiastic and friendly Baristas to join our team. Whether you're seeking part-time or full-time work, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a small, close-knit team in a high-traffic, vibrant location that serves both locals and travelers. As a Barista at Just Love Coffee Cafe, you’ll be an integral part of a four-person team, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. Your day-to-day will include crafting high-quality drinks on a La Marzocco manual espresso machine, dialing in espresso, steaming milk to perfection, and assisting with food preparation, including breakfast sandwiches, wraps, and other menu items. Keeping the cafe clean, organized, and welcoming is a shared responsibility, and teamwork is at the heart of everything we do. Sundays are required, as we’re open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

We’re looking for individuals who:

• Are friendly, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks.
• Have a passion for coffee and delivering exceptional service.
• No prior experience is necessary; we’re happy to train the right candidate!

In addition to your hourly pay, all employees share in the tip pool, which typically averages $6–$7 per hour per employee.
