If you want to contribute to meaningful work and be part of an organization that truly believes when you win, we all win, and when you fail, we all learn, then we're eager to hear from you.Essential Job FunctionsValidate and manage power generation equipment interfaces.Identify interface gaps and mechanical & instrumentation needs between OEM, EPC, and BOP equipment.Manage cross-business engineering information and identify ownership issues and integration risks early.Support project engineering discussions to identify and mitigate risks early.Automate discrepancy and quality checks, and standardize reporting and analytics.Perform cable sizing and voltage drop calculations.Conduct cross-discipline engineering reviews.Manage interfaces effectively to improve project quality, execution speed, and risks.QualificationsBS/MS in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation & Controls.10 to 15 years of experience in power generation, plant and project engineering.Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and resolve interface issues.Aeroderivative packaging and EPC background is desired.Knowledge of package interfaces and Instrumentation & Controls.Tools: AutoCAD, Excel, EPLAN, and AVEVA.Physical Requirements & Work EnvironmentSubstantial amounts of telephone and computer work.Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.Pay Range: $100K to $120KCompensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure.
