Group Home Manager (DDD Experience Required) Location: East Valley, AZ • Company: The Little Foundation • Type: Full‑Time The Little Foundation is hiring a Group Home Manager in the East Valley to support individuals with developmental disabilities. This role is ideal for an experienced leader who is passionate about providing high‑quality care and promoting independence. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of a DDD group home. Ensure full DDD compliance with policies and procedures. Protect and advocate for member rights. Supervise and support direct care staff. Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive home environment. Requirements Minimum 2 years of DDD group home experience. Strong knowledge of DDD policies and residential care standards. Leadership experience in a group home setting preferred. Compassionate, reliable, and highly motivated. Additional Requirements Must pass a background check. Must have a valid driver's license. Position Requirements 18 years of age. High School Diploma or GED. Criminal background and fingerprints taken. Clearance check. Valid AZ driver's license. Clean 39‑month MVR.
