Overview:

This is a hands-on leadership position overseeing a small crew, ensuring the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of a team of the crew
- Plan, assign, and review work to ensure high standards of quality and safety
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Oversee steel erection and the installation of machinery, conveyors, and mechanical systems
- Troubleshoot and perform mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Provide training and support to crew members as needed
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance , millwright work , and steel erection
- Prior supervisory or crew lead experience required
- Crane work / rigging and equipment operations
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality
