About the Role:

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PMHNP) to join our team. As a Licensed Mental Health Professional , you will provide quality clinical services to improve the quality of life for our older adult patients. Our clinicians work collaboratively to deliver patient-centered care, addressing the complex mental health needs of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with patients
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
• Participate in ongoing professional development and education
