You'll lead projects from design through construction, serve as a trusted client advisor, mentor the next generation of engineers, and help build Erdman Anthony's presence in the regional market.What You'll DoLead civil projects from scope and design through construction and closeoutServe as a key client contact and build lasting relationships with municipal, agency, and private-sector clientsWork closely with senior leadership to gain knowledge of practice operations, strategic planning, and business developmentAssume progressively greater leadership responsibilities in support of a planned succession strategyProvide technical leadership and serve as Engineer of Record on applicable projectsOversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, staffing, and project deliveryLead and mentor engineers and technical staff while building a high-performing teamIdentify opportunities, develop proposals, and help win new work and grow the WNY backlogPartner with leadership on practice growth, strategic opportunities, and long-term planningMaintain accountability for project profitability, quality, client satisfaction, and team performanceWhat You Bring10+ years of civil engineering/project management experienceBS or MS in Civil EngineeringNYS PE license or ability to obtain within six monthsLeadership ability and interest in growing into a larger management roleWater/sewer, site civil, municipal, or infrastructure experience preferredStrong project management, communication, and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple projects independentlyCADD and/or engineering design software experience a plusValid NY driver's licenseWhy Erdman Anthony?At Erdman Anthony, senior engineers have the opportunity to do more than manage projects — they can help shape the business.
