Job Details
Monitor and maintain MotorCity's chiller system, domestic water system, boiler system, and refrigeration system.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least eight years of experience in building maintenance and repair, including electrical, plumbing, kitchen repairs, and HVAC.
- City of Detroit First Class Refrigeration License and High-Pressure Boiler License.
- Universal EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certificate.
