Position Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and empathetic Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join our dynamic imaging team, committed to delivering outstanding care. Description of Responsibilities
  • Conduct a comprehensive range of ultrasound scans, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging.
  • Prioritize patient comfort and safety before, during, and after each procedure, with clear and compassionate communication throughout.
  • Work closely with radiologists and referring physicians to achieve optimal diagnostic outcomes.
  • Ensure the effective operation and maintenance of imaging equipment, promptly reporting any technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and uphold patient records in the electronic medical system.
  • Stay updated on advancements in ultrasound imaging technologies and best practices.
Education Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field.
  • A preference for graduates of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program.
Certifications Required
  • Current certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent certification.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred.
Skills Needed
  • Proficient in sonographic imaging techniques and patient positioning.
