Manchester Memorial Hospital, part of Eastern Connecticut Health Network, seeks a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to deliver expert, evidence-based treatment for acute and chronic wounds. In this role, you will perform comprehensive wound assessments, develop and manage treatment plans, conduct debridement and advanced dressing selection, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and rehab staff to optimize healing and prevent complications. You will educate patients and families on wound care at home, infection prevention, and chronic disease management while documenting care in the EMR.
