This role involves sweeping, mopping, removing debris, cleaning spills, sanitizing surfaces, washing windows, and performing routine housekeeping tasks according to established schedules and procedures. You will also support food safety, quality, and audit requirements by completing supplemental cleaning and sanitation activities as needed.To excel in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, no experience required, though 3–6 months of janitorial, custodial, or sanitation experience is preferred. Knowledge of sanitation and janitorial practices, cleaning methods, and safety procedures is essential. Strong communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills are necessary, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team while adapting to changing priorities. Sound judgment, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are also required.You can look forward to a full-time schedule of Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with Saturdays as needed. The schedule is subject to change based on business needs. You will play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing environment in a collaborative workplace where teamwork, accountability, safety, and quality are highly valued. You will gain hands-on experience supporting sanitation, facility upkeep, and audit readiness activities in a work environment that may include dusty, cold, hot, humid, wet, loud, or outdoor conditions depending on the assigned work area. Physical work includes standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, kneeling, pushing and pulling equipment, lifting up to 40 pounds, and using required personal protective equipment (PPE).The statements provided are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees assigned to this position.
