Generous PTO and paid holidays Fun, relaxed clinic vibe Furnished, modern office spaces A values-driven culture of creativity, humor, compassion, and authenticity What You'll Do Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and documentation Maintain a caseload of at least 25 session hours per week (for full-time) Deliver creative, client-centered therapy services Collaborate with a fun and supportive clinical team Participate in team meetings and ongoing training Qualifications Master's degree in a behavioral health field Active clinical license in Florida (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, RSWI, RMHCI) Experience with treatment planning, diagnostics, and progress documentation Comfortable with diverse client populations Strong clinical judgment and ethical standards Experience with EHR systems and computer systems (Valant is a plus) State of Florida background screening Additional Info This position is located at our Riverside location: 930 S.
