This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in technology and looking to develop hands-on skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.Job Description:As a Quality Control Technician, you will have an essential role within the company. You will ensure that our clients' devices leave the workshop in a condition that reflects our dedication to excellent service. You will be responsible for assuring quality service at our workshop by following a streamlined procedure for functionality testing. If you are interested in IT or working with computers, this position is a great way to get your foot in the door.Job Duties:Performing post-repair quality control checks to ensure that devices meet specified criteria for functionality and performance.Utilizing diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve hardware and software issues in computers and other electronic devices.Maintaining detailed records of repairs, quality control checks, and any issues encountered during the process.Striking a balance between speed and accuracy in performing quality control checks, ensuring efficient yet precise assessments.BenefitsCareer Growth: As an authorized service provider of Lenovo, employees gain hands-on exposure working with Acer, Dell, HP, and Apple products.
