Diesel/Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced B Level Diesel Mechanic in the Stamford CT area for our Environmental Solutions Client!!

Up to $5,000 Sign On Bonus

If you can diagnose and repair heavy-duty trucks, trailers, or off-road equipment, you are in demand right now, and the pay reflects it.

What you will do:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty diesel engines, drivetrains, hydraulics, and electrical systems
Perform preventive maintenance and DOT inspections
Troubleshoot with diagnostic software and get equipment back in service fast
Keep accurate service records

What we are looking for:

4+ years turning wrenches on heavy-duty diesel or heavy equipment
Your own hand tools
Valid driver license, CDL a plus but not required
ASE or manufacturer certifications welcome, not required for the right experience
