Junior Litigation Associate

Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Litigation Associate to join our growing team. As a Junior Litigation Associate, you will work closely with our senior attorneys on a variety of cases, gaining valuable experience and developing your skills in all aspects of litigation. Key Responsibilities Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs Assist with case strategy and development Attend client meetings and court hearings Manage and organize case files and documents Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on cases Develop and maintain relationships with clients and provide regular updates on case progress Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations Participate in firm-wide training and professional development opportunities Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Admission to the state bar and in good standing 1-3 years of experience in litigation, preferably in a law firm setting Strong legal research and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite Benefits We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the firm.
