Restaurant General Manager

Chili's Grill & Bar

Chili’s is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and drive sales and profitability. You’ll oversee a high-energy team, manage staffing, scheduling, and training, and ensure food quality, safety, and service standards are met. Partner with leaders to hit financial targets, control labor and inventory, and maintain a clean, fun, and welcoming restaurant. Ideal candidates bring strong restaurant leadership experience, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to coach, develop, and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
