Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team inWestland, MI. The LPN will provide quality nursing care to our patients in a supportive and professional environment. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care and assistance to patients according to established care plans. Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Assist in wound care and other clinical procedures as needed. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with company policies and regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and effective patient care. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease management. Requirements Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Michigan. Previous nursing experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
