Summary
Join a manufacturing team supporting the production of high-quality metal components. This role involves assisting with sandblasted metal parts, measuring and applying rubber materials, maintaining a clean work environment, and supporting daily shop operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with handling and processing sandblasted metal parts
- Measure and cut rubber strips to precise specifications for application to metal components
- Apply rubber strips accurately to finished metal parts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures at all times
- Perform additional shop duties and production tasks as assigned
Requirements
Work Experience:
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or general labor experience Additional Qualifications:
- Ability to accurately measure and cut materials
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Comfortable working with hand tools and production equipment
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Must pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
