Chief Talent Development Officer

: As Chief Talent Development Officer, you will report directly to the President, overseeing enterprise learning, leadership development, and strategic planning. This role involves managing Human Resources and Compliance functions, requiring strong communication and technical skills. You'll contribute to policy development, KPI determination, goal-setting, and daily operations management across departments. • Develop policies, procedures, and KPIs for departments.
• Set and achieve goals in collaboration with department leadership.
• Manage daily operations of HR, Safety/Compliance, Marketing, and Business Development.
• Evaluate managers' performance and contribute as a key member of the Executive Management Team.
• Lead strategic planning, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and effective communication throughout the organization.
• Oversee organizational learning and act as a key advisor to the President on critical changes.
• Manage third-party consultants for leadership development.
• Develop and execute human resource strategies in talent management, change management, and more.
• Provide leadership in strategic recruiting, onboarding, and retention plans.
• Formulate career development plans and implement competitive compensation and benefits.
• Establish HR efforts supporting the company's mission, vision, and inclusion goals.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or relevant field
• Ten (10) years executive leadership experience
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
