Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized Supply Chain Coordinator to support our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for coordinating purchasing, inventory management, and shipping activities to ensure materials and finished products move efficiently through the supply chain. Responsibilities Coordinate purchasing of raw materials and production supplies Monitor and maintain inventory levels within the company ERP system Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies Process and coordinate shipments via parcel and freight carriers including UPS and FedEx Prepare shipping documentation such as packing slips, product and shipping labels, and bills of lading Schedule freight pickups and track outbound shipments Assist with documentation and submissions through government portals such as Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) and Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve supply chain issues Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, inventory control, logistics, or manufacturing operations preferred Experience with ERP or inventory management systems Strong analytical skills, ability to understand complex technical systems and processes Attention to detail and proven organizational skills are critical Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience Manufacturing environment experience Shipping coordination or freight logistics experience Familiarity with government contract documentation or compliance systems Physical Requirements Ability to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment Occasional lifting of packages up to 40–50 lbs Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
